The first Stone

Ngano, in the northeast of Senegal, is the original village of Kalidou Koulibaly’s parents. Here they met and married, before emigrating to France.
A dream, a promise: the activities of Capitaine di Coeur were to start from there, from this land near the border with Mauritania.
Today, Kalidou laid the foundation stone for the construction of a children’s hospital in the heart of Ngano, a few meters from the clay house where his father was born and raised.
The ceremony was attended by institutions, local authorities and especially many people from Fouta who lovingly welcomed Kalidou, its most famous son.

Three Brothers, one journey

A joyous embrace with the people of Fouta in the villages of Ourossogui, Sinthiane, Kanel, Sinthiou Bamambe, Hamady Ounare, Gunguel Souley, Horlinde, Bapalel and many other places.
A journey full of emotions, aboard a car and surrounded by the enthusiasm of thousands of people, with a special stage: Ngano.
Where – as we have said – was laid the first stone of the pediatric hospital that Capitaine du Coeur will build a few steps from the birthplace of father and mother Koulibaly and which will guarantee first aid to many children of the region.
Abdoulaye, Amadou and Kalidou: three brothers and a journey they had to and wanted to make. Together.
An unforgettable day that will remain in the memory of Fouta and in the hearts of many.
